Spec
Stickered condition This device is cosmetically equivalent to our standard grading but carries visible sticker marks from a previous asset tag or label. This is a cosmetic-only distinction and does not affect performance, battery health, or our 12-month warranty
All our refurbished products undergo rigorous testing and quality checks. Each item is graded according to its cosmetic condition, with full functionality guaranteed and certified via Blancco, an independent third-party service.
Yes, all of our refurbished products come with our comprehensive warranty. We provide a standard warranty of 12 months unless your region applies a mandatory 2 year warranty period. This covers you for repair or replacement for hardware breakdown within a 12 month period.
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be returned in their original condition. If your device has been damaged during transit, please contact us and provide photos so we can raise this with our courier.
All products are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
