What Is the Warranty? What's Covered & Not Making a Claim Your Responsibilities Repairs & Replacements Your Legal Rights Contact UsEvery device sold by MacStoreUK (Mac Group Solutions Ltd) comes with a 12-month warranty against hardware defects and malfunctions arising from normal everyday use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as shown on your original invoice or order confirmation.
Where a defect or fault covered by these terms arises during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace your device. The choice of remedy rests with MacStoreUK — it is not for the customer to specify whether repair or replacement is the appropriate solution.
Important: This warranty is not insurance. It covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults only. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or loss — and it does not replace your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. It does not cover the device's accessories (chargers, cables, peripherals), nor any third-party or pre-installed software.

To make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@macstoreuk.com or call 0203 004 9465 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm GMT). Provide your order number and a description of the fault.
We assess your claim. Our team will review the fault and confirm whether it falls within warranty coverage. We may ask for photos or further information before proceeding.
Return your device. If a physical inspection is required, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please ensure the device is factory reset, signed out of all accounts, and Find My is disabled before sending. See Your Responsibilities below.
We repair or replace. Once received, we aim to assess and resolve all warranty claims within 5–7 business days. We will notify you of the outcome and arrange return delivery at no charge where the claim is valid.
Please note: If a returned device is found to fall outside warranty coverage (due to misuse, physical damage, or other exclusions), a £30 handling and return shipping fee will apply. We reserve the right to void this warranty where there is clear evidence of customer-induced damage or tampering.
Before returning any device to us under warranty, you are responsible for:
Failure to comply with these steps may delay processing of your claim or result in the device being returned to you unrepaired. MacStoreUK accepts no liability for data loss or accessories returned with the device.
Where we determine that a replacement device is the appropriate remedy, the following applies:
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not replace or affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. As a consumer purchasing goods in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If you encounter a fault with your device, you may choose to exercise either your statutory rights or your rights under this warranty — whichever is more appropriate to your situation. These warranty terms govern this warranty only and do not affect your consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are based in Scotland, the laws of Scotland apply.
MacStoreUK will never seek to exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If any term of this warranty is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force.
