Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we make returning your device as simple as possible.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your agreement with us at any time before the expiry of 30 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

This right applies to all agreements save insofar as the agreement is in respect of computer software which has been unsealed by you.

How to Cancel

You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:

  • By email to info@macstoreuk.com - your email will serve as your notice of cancellation

Returning Your Device

If you cancel your order you must first request a returns number (RMA) from us. Once issued, return the goods to our address above. Any returns sent without prior approval may be rejected as all returns go to a different address.

If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days we will arrange collection at our cost. You will need to package the item securely as received. We can then offer you a full refund or an exchange.

For all other returns, goods must be returned at your cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods must be unused and unaltered - this includes downloading of software or alterations to hardware
  • Goods must be returned in the condition they were sold — complete with all accessories, packaging and manuals
  • Items must have been used within the manufacturer's guidelines and not be subject to any damage
  • You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us
  • You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are received by us and not damaged in transit
  • We will charge you the direct costs of recovering any goods if you fail to return them to us

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days of delivery we will arrange collection at our cost and offer a full refund or exchange. If a fault develops after 30 days but within the warranty period, we will arrange collection, repair and return. If the item is beyond repair, a replacement of equal or greater specification will be issued.

Please note we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.
