You have the right to cancel your agreement with us at any time before the expiry of 30 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.
This right applies to all agreements save insofar as the agreement is in respect of computer software which has been unsealed by you.
You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:
If you cancel your order you must first request a returns number (RMA) from us. Once issued, return the goods to our address above. Any returns sent without prior approval may be rejected as all returns go to a different address.
If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days we will arrange collection at our cost. You will need to package the item securely as received. We can then offer you a full refund or an exchange.
For all other returns, goods must be returned at your cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit.

If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days of delivery we will arrange collection at our cost and offer a full refund or exchange. If a fault develops after 30 days but within the warranty period, we will arrange collection, repair and return. If the item is beyond repair, a replacement of equal or greater specification will be issued.
Please note we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.
