An Excellent Grade device is in very good, near-premium condition with only minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance or functionality.
A Good Grade device shows visible but light signs of use. Minor cosmetic wear may be present such as small scratches or scuffs, but nothing that affects functionality.
A Fair Grade device is in 'acceptable' condition. Despite the visible wear, the device remains fully functional. Hinges or feet may be missing and keys may be worn enough that letters are not recognizable.
