We offer a first class diagnostic and repair service for all Apple Macs. Our Apple certified technicians will diagnose the fault(s) with your device within 48 working hours of your device arriving. We have made the process as easy as possible by charging an upfront diagnostic fee that covers the inspection & testing of the device. You will then receive a quotation for the repair. If you wish to proceed with the repair we will provide you with a time estimate and return the device to you when the repair is complete and the Mac has been throughly tested. If you decide not to proceed with the repair the diagnostic fee covers the return cost of the Mac.
